Crooker Construction was contracted by the Brunswick Sewer District to design/build a sewer pump station renovation on Mill Street in Brunswick, ME. The pump station was upgraded to support a 2,500 gallon per minute flow and included new centrifugal pumps, electrical upgrades and back-up power. Crooker’s crew worked in a tight area with minimal room for material laydown. Bypass pumping, new pumps and electrical work were subcontracted out to Xylem Dewatering Solutions, Stevens Electric & Pump Service, Inc. and Enterprise Electric.
