Introducing Crooker Construction Institute (CCI) – Training Program
Are you graduating high school and college isn’t for you? Want a plan but don’t know where to start? Maybe CCI is right for you! Crooker Construction Institute (CCI) is a 2-week PAID training program for people entering the industry. The training is conducted at our facility and on our job sites and will include a combination of classroom and hands-on learning to provide an interactive experience.
During the interactive training participants will learn about general construction site awareness, proper use of small equipment, basic construction math, precast concrete production, paving skills, underground utility, aggregate production, and project layout.
