Scope of Work:
Crooker Construction, LLC. was contracted by the Maine DOT to shim and overlay 5.8 miles of roadway on Route 27 in Pittston, Randolph and Dresden, ME. This project included polymer pavement, drainage and safety improvements. Heavy traffic, night time work and proximity to both sewer and natural gas lines during excavation work were some of the challenges faced on the project. Crooker subcontracted out the earthwork, pavement removal, granite curbing, guardrail and flagging.
